REBUILD BIM FORUM

REBUILD BIM FORUM is a day that will be dedicated to the effect that the well-known Patrick MacLeamy enunciated with his BIM, BAM, BOOM.

Three sessions will distill the effects that this new methodology has catapulted:

– BIM as the 3D modeling of information to construct a building,

– BAM as the architectural-constructive project that is based on the fabrication and assembly of components rather than the typical “construction” of volumes, and;

– the BOOM as the derivative of using data and information to operate and optimize built real estate assets. Something that “Build to rent”, the new concept introduced in REBUILD, is going to require in project, work and management a posteriori.
