2. IS THERE A LIVE STREAM?
REBUILD is a 100% in-person event. Sessions from Advanced Architecture and Construction 4.0 Congress will not be streamed live. However, once the event has concluded, all sessions will be available on our Video On Demand platform for three months.
How does the Video On Demand platform work?
The event offers complimentary access to the REBUILD Video On Demand platform to professionals who attended the event in person with a Premium VIP, Platinum, Speaker, or Press Pass.
Access details will be sent to the email address used during registration approximately two weeks after the event.
For all other professionals, access to the platform will be available for purchase. Once the event has ended, the Virtual Pass can be purchased through our website.
3. REGISTRATION
I’m having trouble starting the registration process.
Once you access the registration page, you must select the type of pass you wish to purchase, as well as the number of attendees you want to register. After completing both fields, click the “Continue” button to proceed with the registration process for REBUILD.
I have a discount code. How do I register?
REBUILD is a professional event supported by several associations and partner organizations that may offer exclusive discounts to their members.
If you have a discount code, access the registration page and enter the code provided. Once you click “Apply Discount,” the ticket option to which the discount applies will be highlighted in blue.
How do I know if my registration was successful?
Once you complete the registration process, a confirmation message will appear on your screen.
You will then receive a confirmation email containing a link to download your pass in PDF format.
If you do not receive the email, please check your SPAM or JUNK folder, as it may have been filtered there.
We also recommend adding rebuild@tkt-nebext.com to your contacts to ensure you receive future communications and important emails.
The registration page isn’t working.
Some corporate networks may block access to the registration platform.
Please try accessing the REBUILD registration page using a different browser, an incognito/private browsing window, or your mobile device connected through your mobile data network.
If the issue persists, please report it to registration@rebuildexpo.com or try again after a few minutes.
I would like to request an invoice.
Once your pass purchase for REBUILD is complete, your invoice will be generated automatically.
You can download it from the confirmation email you receive after your payment has been successfully processed.
If you do not receive the invoice, please check your SPAM or JUNK folder.
We also recommend adding rebuild@tkt-nebext.com to your contacts to ensure you receive future communications.
My VAT number is incorrect.
Please make sure you enter the legal company name associated with the VAT number you are providing.
If you are registering as an individual or self-employed professional, please enter your national ID number (including the letter, if applicable) together with your full name.

Any additional information will help us resolve the issue more quickly (for example, the browser you are using, error messages, screenshots, etc.).
I have already registered. What do I need to access the event?
Your confirmation email includes a link to download your final pass in PDF format.
Please print your pass in color.
Upon arrival at the venue, you will receive a lanyard and badge holder so that your accreditation can remain visible at all times.
Exhibitors may ask to scan your badge using contactless technology to record your interest in their products and services.
I registered as press but haven’t received my pass.
Once you complete your press registration, you will receive an email informing you that your application is under review.
This validation process ensures that everyone registering as press genuinely works in the media or in communications-related fields.
Once your registration has been approved, you will receive a second email containing your press accreditation and event pass.
Please note that the validation process may take anywhere from a few days to several weeks, depending on how close the event date is. Applications submitted closer to the event are generally processed more quickly.
4. STUDENTS
Can students attend REBUILD?
REBUILD is exclusively a professional event.
However, educational institutions or student groups interested in attending may request information about attendance conditions by contacting the event organizers.
How can an educational institution request student attendance?
Educational institutions or student group coordinators should send their request by email to: talent@rebuildexpo.com
The REBUILD team will provide information regarding participation requirements and the access procedure.
Who is eligible?
- Professors teaching degree programs related to the building sector.
- Final-year undergraduate or master’s students in real building-related disciplines.
On which day may students attend?
Student access is only permitted on the final day of the event: 18th March from 13 hours onwards.
Attendance is subject to prior approval by the organizers and the participation conditions established for each edition.
5. OTHERS
Will the exhibitors’ list be available?
The list of exhibitors participating in REBUILD will be available on the event website and mobile app approximately one month before the event.
What services are available at the venue during REBUILD?
A cloakroom service will be available at a cost of €3 per suitcase and €2 for backpacks and coats.
The event also features a mobile app where attendees can access the exhibitor list, event agenda, speaker directory, and all relevant event information.
I need a visa.
Obtaining the necessary visa is entirely your responsibility.
If you require a visa support letter to attend REBUILD, you may request one through the registration system after completing your registration. Please note that a minimum purchase of one 3 day Premium VIP Pass is required to be eligible for a visa support letter.
Please be aware that issuing a visa invitation letter does not guarantee that your visa application will be approved by the relevant authorities. Visa processing and approval are solely at the discretion of the appropriate embassy or consulate.
If your visa application is denied or you are unable to attend the event for any reason, ticket purchases are non-refundable in accordance with the General Visitor Terms and Conditions.
We will provide the invitation letter upon request through the registration form, but we cannot accept responsibility for the outcome of any visa application.
Your invitation letter will be attached to your registration confirmation email after you have requested it during the pass purchase process.
Is there a VIP Lounge?
Certain areas of the event, including the VIP Lounge, are reserved exclusively for industry professionals.
These areas will be clearly identified, and the organizers reserve the right to request proof of professional status at the entrance.
