REBUILD is a 100% in-person event; the sessions of the Advanced Architecture and Construction 4.0 Congress will not be streamed live. However, once the event has finished, the sessions will be available on a Video-on-Demand platform.
The event offers free access to REBUILD’s Video on Demand platform to registered professionals holding a Premium VIP, Speaker, Press or Exhibitor Pass who are attending in person.
For all other professionals, access to the platform will be subject to a fee. Once the event has ended, the Virtual Pass will be available for purchase via our website.

REBUILD is a professional event. Our partners can offer exclusive discounts to their associate members. If you have a discount code, you have to go to the registration page for REBUILD’s visitor. There you will find an input box to type your code. By clicking the button “Apply Discount” you will see how some type of pass is colored in blue. This is the one you can choose as your type pass.
Once you have finished the registration process, you will see a Confirmation Messange on your screen. In a few minutes, you will receive an email from REBUILD which is linked to your PDF pass.
If you don’t get our email, please, check your spam or junk email. After receive the confirmation email, please add us to your contact list, so you will receive important communications about your visit to REBUILD.
Your invoice will be generated automatically after finishing the purchasing process. You can download it from the email you will receive after confirm the payment.
If you do not receive the invoice, please check your SPAM or JUNK EMAIL folder, as emails are sometimes directed there. We recommend that you add our email address to your contacts so that you can receive future communications or important emails correctly.
Some companies have networks that blocks the access to REBUILD platform. Please, try to visit the registration page for REBUILD’s visitor through another browser or using your mobile device.

Please ensure you enter the tax name corresponding to the company registration number you are entering.
In the case of individuals and self-employed persons, you must enter your national identity number (including the letter).

Any additional information will help us resolve the issue more easily (e.g. the browser you are using to access the registration platform, error messages, screenshots, etc.).
You will receive a link to download your final pass in PDF format by email. You must print this pass in colour. At your arrival at REBUILD we will provide you with a lanyard and a pass holder so that you can carry your badge visible during your visit. Please, remember that exhibitors may ask you to scan your pass with contactless technology to save your interest in their services and solutions.
Once you have completed your press registration, you will receive an email stating that your registration is currently being validated. We do this to ensure that everyone who registers as press actually works for a media organisation or in a field related to communications. Once your registration has been validated, you will receive a second email containing your press accreditation and your pass.
Please bear in mind that the validation process may take a few days or weeks, depending on how close the event is. Thus, the closer we get to the event date, the less time validation may take; however, it may take a few weeks if there are still a couple of months to go before the event.
REBUILD is a professional event. In case there is a center/institute/university or group of students interested in attending REBUILD 2025, they should contact and make the request through the email: talent@rebuildexpo.com to know the conditions and manage the access, which can only be done on the last day, Thursday 18th March 2027 from 13:00 on.
It can be requested by:
1. Teachers of degrees related to the field of building, construction or architecture.
2. Students in their final year of bachelor’s or master’s degrees related to the building, construction or architecture industry.
Students must attend with a teacher during the visit. The organizers reserve the right to refuse admission to the event in case of inappropriate behavior or dress-code.
REBUILD exhibitors list will be at your disposal from our web and mobile APP in the following months.
The venue offers a cloakroom service for a fee: €3 for suitcases and €2 for rucksacks and items of clothing.
REBUILD offers you a mobile app. There you will find the exhibitors list, all the congress program, speakers list and all the information about the event.
There are specific areas of the event, such as the VIP Lounge, to which access is exclusively for professionals. These spaces will be identified and the organization reserves the right to request the professional card at the entrance.
It is your sole responsibility to take care of visa requirements. If you require a VISA support letter to attend The District, please request one via the registration system after you have completed your registration. Only with a minimum purchase of a Premium VIP Pass for 3 days you can receive your visa.
Please note that the issuance of the letter of invitation does not guarantee the approval of your Visa application by the relevant authorities. Visa processing and approval are subject to the decision of the respective consulate or embassy. In the event that your Visa application is not approved or you are unable to attend the event for any reason, the ticket purchase is non-refundable according to the general terms and conditions of the sale. We will provide the requested invitation letter in accordance with your request, but we are not responsible for the results related to Visa approvals. You will receive the invitation letter enclosed in the registration confirmation email, following your express request via the pass purchase form.
