Industrial Engineer by the UPC, General Director at SOCOTEC Spain and is a technical specialist in NDT. His extensive experience in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) led him to become a technical specialist for the IAEA (United Nations), where he has participated in international missions of technical cooperation. He also collaborates as an expert in conferences and normative documents.
