WELCOME TO REBUILD 2024!

This session will open the 7th edition of the National Congress of Advanced Architecture and Construction 4.0 in 2024. It will be an edition, which after having analyzed and identified the “pains” of the AECO-Architecture Engineering Operation Maintenance sector, will open a new cycle on the course that You must take this productive sector that represents almost 10% of Spain’s GDP. This edition will be what in English is called “Call To Action”, a call to start solving each of the problems he faces and finding the indicators to begin to measure the solutions. We face very large challenges: the digitalization of a sector that still performs budgets with Excel, which places hand bricks and that buys for price and not for quality; Its industrialization when the only industrialized are manufactured materials but none of the work placement systems; The environmentalization of its activities knowing that the sector produces more than half of the energy consumption, water, waste generation, CO2 emissions.
