Pedro Júdez is dedicated to promoting collaborative procurement for building projects in the private sector. He works alongside the developer. He is the author of the LeonardoIPD contract proposal, to facilitate the application of the LeanIPD project development system in Spanish. He has advised projects in Europe, Canada and Israel.
