Degree in CC. Economics (UCM). Specialised in the public sector with a Master’s degree in Public Management; Infrastructure Management and Public Ss. Púb. and Financ. Local. Technical Economist, he has worked in ADIF and Madrid City Council. In 2016 he began work that concluded with the creation of three clusters: Cybersecurity, BigData and Construction, Engineering and Architecture, of which he is the Coordinator.
