With a background in Mathematics and Philosophy, and expertise in Living Systems Theory, I have spent over 20 years researching how human groups, teams, and organizations function, and how to intervene in them to make them more conscious and effective. I am part of Fabrika, an center dedicated to the cultural transition of companies and organizations toward a more effective culture, capable of generating positive results while simultaneously improving the well-being of their people.
