Pascal Chazal is a self-made man. He founded Ossabois, France’s leading timber construction company, build 20,000 timber homes.
In 2017, he created the Hors-site group: Hors-site Magazine, Campus Hors-site and Hors-site Conseil in order to develop the off-site construction ecosystem in France.
In 2023, he launched Zen Modular, a start-up that designs and markets modular rooms for managed residences, students, the healthcare sector.
