Manuela Julia Martínez is president of the Professional Association of Property Administrators of Madrid (CAFMadrid) and vice president of the General Council of Associations of Property Administrators. A property administrator with her own practice since 1991 and a court-appointed expert, the current president served on the CAFMadrid Governing Board as a member between 2009 and 2012, and from 2015 to 2018 held the presidency of the institution, a position she now holds for the second time.
