Jordi Serra

Jordi Serra, who holds a PhD in Information and Documentation from the University of Barcelona, is a professor at the UAB Foundation and previously directed the Master’s in Document and Information Management at the UB. He has authored numerous publications on information and data governance and has over thirty years of experience in public administration and e‑government projects. He is currently the Deputy Director for Data and Digital Innovation of the Government of Catalonia.
