Carlos Peña is currently a Partner in Andersen’s Public and Regulatory Law practice, based in the firm’s Madrid office.
He is co-chair of the Urban Planning Section of the ICAM and a lecturer at the Real Estate Business School (REBS), a business school for the property sector. Furthermore, Carlos has been recognised in the Planning sector in the Chambers Europe directory from 2021 to the present day.
