Barbara Thiry

Barbara studied economics at ULB and was immersed in the family business from an early age.
More than ten years ago, she naturally stepped into a leadership role and now serves as Co-CEO alongside her brother.
At Beal International, she helps lead a company that creates unique niche products for construction and decoration, including the renowned Mortex® brand, combining international reach with strong local roots.
Her leadership focuses on empowering teams, fostering autonomy, and encouraging a strong sense of responsibility.
