Linked to the real estate sector for 20 years, she has held various positions of responsibility. In 2014, she founded the Real Estate Innovation Department at Solvia, leading the development of industrialized construction, flexible housing, and Lean-based processes. Since 2020, she has served as Innovation & Sustainability Director at Culmia, promoting new visions and initiatives across the sector.
