Does an environmental certification make a building sustainable? How important is the decarbonisation of materials in environmental certification?

The environmental certifications LEED, BREEAM Spain, GBCe GREEN Certificate, DGNB, International WELL Building Institute (IWBI)… they are fundamental tools, yes. But they do not make a building sustainable on their own.
