Construction of new residential areas: The commitment to differentiation, the Case of Pozoalbero in Jerez

This table tries to analyze the evolution of the construction of the study area by the different real estate developers, who expose their designs and variety of typologies to cover what the public demands, the Gesteco Construction Company as a link and the Public Administration in confirmed representation of the Mayor of Jerez, Mrs. Maria José García Pelayo, who is accompanied by the Delegate for Urban Planning, Mrs. Belén de la Cuadra, and who will present the aspects of Urban Planning and their commitment to consolidate that area. The construction of “Pozoalbero” would be analyzed, which is an area of new construction, expansion of the City, for residential use, and as all the different agents are involved in unison, and where my construction company has built about 90% of the area, almost 200 homes with a large load of design and amenities, of all kinds of sizes of Developers. This area, which is being completed, entails learning how this area has been transformed in just 8 years, creating a new model of City.
