The last day of the congress and its final hours will be dedicated to the sector’s most decisive process: guaranteeing its future. A guarantee that unequivocally depends on the training of technicians and professionals.

This session will be the first of two dedicated to assessing the state of the art of talent generation in our country and our sector. And we are going to start with the urgent: how can we change a university or vocational training curriculum to include the three key axes of development of the sector – sustainability, digitalisation and industrialisation – in the syllabuses of vocational schools and university academies.

In order to delve deeper into the keys to this imperative need, this session will analyse how far the Sustainability agenda has been introduced, the transition towards the Digital Sector and its Industrialisation and what challenges lie ahead for formal and non-formal training to start on the path towards Construction 4.0.
