In each edition of REBUILD, we choose four autonomous communities that we visualise as the most active in the housing sector. In this edition, the Generalitat Valenciana -also as an invited innovative region in REBUILD 2022-, the Basque Country, Andalusia and the Community of Madrid are the ones chosen to showcase their innovative policies in the residential sector.

Moreover, their production volume together with new methodologies such as CPI-Innovative Public Procurement, cohousing projects or bioclimatic architecture make these 4 regions the paradigm of innovative solutions in housing.
