Javier Vaca de Osma holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Complutense University of Madrid, a Master’s degree in Technology Management from Columbia University, and an EMBA from IESE. In 2012, he joined Ferrovial, where he serves as the Director of Technology, Processes, and Sustainability in the Construction area.
