Graduate in Social Work from the UCM. Her training includes the Direction and Management of NGOs and other non-profit organisations from ESADE and the Master’s Degree in Social Exclusion, Integration and Citizenship (UNED). She is Director of Private Initiative Social Services Centres (COTS Madrid) and Expert in Evaluation, Programming and Supervision of Social Integration Policies (UNED). Between 2019 and 2021 she was Director General of Innovation and Social Services of the Community of Madrid
