The roundtable discussion on sourcing wood for sustainable construction raises a key question: do we have enough wood to build with? Experts in forest management, wood construction technology and representatives of conservation organizations will discuss topics such as current and future availability of forest resources, sustainable management techniques and government policies, and challenges in the wood supply chain. Technological innovations in the efficient use of wood and challenges in the supply chain will be explored. The objective is to provide a comprehensive view on the future of wood supply, formulating sustainable strategies that ensure adequate supply and contribute to the protection of forests.
