ESG criteria and new sustainability standards. Context and impact in the residential sector

This session will discuss ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) criteria as a set of standards that evaluate the sustainability of a company. These criteria have become a fundamental tool to measure the performance of companies in terms of sustainability. We will analyze what ESG criteria are, as a framework for companies to report their sustainability performance, as a guide for companies to invest sustainably, and as a tool for investors to choose companies with sustainability criteria. We will also try to evaluate with ESG criteria the impact of the construction company on the environment, the social contribution of the company, the ethics and transparency of the contracting company, the inclusion, equity and general social diversity of the sector, resource management and responsibility towards people and territories.
