Rui Oliveira was born in Covilhã, in 1954. 1983 – Graduated in Textile Engineering at the University of Beira Interior – Covilhã. 1969-2007 – Practiced professional activity in the public sector, which he accumulated with the private sector, textile sector, since 1981. 2003 – Obtained the Certificate of Applied Acoustics Course and Qualified Expert Training Certificate (ADENE). 2007 – Founded the company REFLECTHERM, to which he has always been dedicated from a perspective of self-improvement and innovation.
