Urban planning architect and graduate in urban planning law. Civil servant of Vitoria-Gasteiz City Council. Councillor for the Environment and Territorial Policy of the Basque Country. Member of the Basque Parliament. Currently Deputy Mayor of Vitoria-Gasteiz City Council and responsible for Sustainability, climate, energy, environment and urban planning. She is a member of the executive committee of ICLEI.
