A Workplace Ecosystem is a comprehensive and dynamic structure that encompasses all the people, technologies, physical spaces and processes of an organization, which interact interdependently to achieve collective goals. Rather than seeing the office only as a physical place, the “ecosystem” approach views work as a living, garden-like system where employees (permanent, freelancers, external collaborators), culture, technology (AI, software), and physical space are connected to boost productivity and well-being.
