REBUILD deal for building training: No unemployment

The construction sector in Spain closed 2021 with almost 1.3 million employees, which means a year-on-year increase of 4%, while the number of companies attached to this activity rose by 2.5% over the previous year, to 328,527 companies. But why do we need 700,000 workers in the construction sector? In response to this challenge, in the Advisory Council that REBUILD holds every year, it was suggested to work together with the different partners of the event to generate a REBUILD Pact for employment in the building sector. And this is a discussion session on the axes that this pact should cover.
