Pointing out the value of industrialization in Built to Rent projects

In a scenario of climate emergency, the Housing Sector, responsible for a high percentage of environmental impacts and resource consumption, begins to glimpse the first regulations, both on the European horizon and in neighboring countries, related to the decarbonization of productive and economic activities. This session will present the keys to improve the competitiveness of the Housing Sector by initiating its decarbonization process before the arrival of the regulations. If this transition towards decarbonization does not start now, it will mean a forced, accelerated and costly adaptation given the technical complexity of the issue, the heterogeneity of the sector, and its magnitude. And we are going to exemplify this with large Built to Rent projects.
