Timber construction must integrate the design, manufacture and execution phases of a construction project. The teams involved in high-rise industrialised housing projects must be familiar with the manufacturer’s specific methodology and the tools included in the process. This is a session for all those technicians and companies in the timber industry sector, who are now facing a new challenge: high-rise construction with this material.

High-rise timber housing requires a common task: to promote and inform about its technical advantages using industrialised solutions with prefabricated components in controlled environments that guarantee the integral safety of workers and ensure the sustainability of the processes. In addition to these advantages, there is the compliance of execution times, the existence of real savings in CO2 emissions and the elimination of waste.
