Identify efficient, sustainable and healthy construction systems for next-generation projects
To identify efficient, sustainable and healthy building systems, it is necessary to adopt a comprehensive approach that assesses the life cycle of materials, their energy impact and the impact on the health of occupants. A quality construction system must balance energy efficiency, waste minimisation and environmental comfort. In this session, the key criteria to identify them will be detailed: Energy Efficiency (Low consumption), High Thermal Insulation, Construction of counter-laminated wood, Bioclimatic Design and Intelligent Control Systems: Incorporation of home automation and sensors to optimize energy consumption. But from the point of view of Environmental Sustainability (low impact), the Life Cycle of the Material and the very nature of the Materials and their Certificates, the key is generated in looking for solutions that combine ecological materials, high-performance insulation systems and technologies that ensure a healthy indoor environment.
