Hospitality for everyone

Tue 24 Mar | 15:30 - 16:30

“Hospitality” for everyone represents an evolution in the tourism, hospitality and services industry, moving from an exclusive luxury to an approach focused on accessibility, inclusion and the creation of memorable experiences for any type of guest or visitor. The key points of this approach in the current context and towards 2026 are the people-centered philosophy, it goes beyond offering a bed or food; seeks to make guests feel welcome, comfortable, and valued, regardless of their background, physical ability, or economic status; universal accessibility in terms of eliminating physical, sensory or cognitive barriers to ensure that people with disabilities can enjoy services on equal terms and inclusion and diversity: Inclusive hospitality ensures that all members of society feel included, promoting more humane and diverse tourism. Hospitality trends in 2026 are going to be as technology at the service of all with the use of AI and “contactless” systems that not only seek efficiency, but personalize the experience of each user, immersive and purposeful experiences where travelers seek genuine connections and spaces that promote sustainability and comfort, and hospitality in new environments, where the concept extends beyond hotels, encompassing offices, hospitals, retail and cultural spaces, designed to take care of people.
