And all to achieve the Social Factor, the “Experience”. Designed for travelers to interact in common areas such as lounges, shared kitchens, and activities organized for the new Digital Nomads. They have become the preferred accommodation for digital nomads looking for workspaces (“coworking”) and a community, balancing professional and social life. According to industry reports, investment in hostels is growing and adapting to the new priorities of Digital Operability with the implementation of AI, automation and data-driven management (BIM) to improve efficiency and personalization, Sustainability and Authenticity with the incorporation of natural elements, waste management and a focus on “human luxury” and authentic local experiences.
