Competing with data: the strategic challenge of the AECO sector
The AECO sector is at an inflection point: although many organizations already make decisions based on the data they generate internally, this value is still fragmented and limited to each company. The real leap will come when the sector is able to share data between organizations, combine it to generate transversal knowledge and scale it to create new services, business models and opportunities. In this context, Data Spaces emerge as the key infrastructure to move towards a shared data economy, based on trust, governance and interoperability. They do not replace current tools – such as BIM or CDEs – but amplify and connect them, enabling a new layer of sectoral collaboration. In this round table, visitors will be able to discover how this transition will transform competitiveness, sustainability and innovation in the AECO sector, what use cases are already demonstrating real value and what opportunities will open up for companies, administrations and professionals. It will be a space to understand what business models will emerge, what standards will be essential and how AI will multiply its impact when there is shared and governed data. An essential session for those who want to anticipate the future of the sector and understand how to capture the value of data in an increasingly connected, interoperable and collaborative ecosystem. We invite you to attend and be part of this strategic conversation that will set the course for construction in the coming years.
