Mónica García Gómez is the current Minister of Health of Spain, holding the position since November 21, 2023. An anaesthetist by profession and a member of Más Madrid, she leads the Ministry of Health with a focus on the defence of public health and primary care, having also assumed international responsibilities in the field of global health.
